To create a zip file from a file or folder

1. Locate the file or folder that you want to compress.
2. Windows – Right-click the file or folder, select Send To, and then click Compressed (zipped) Folder.
3. Mac – Right-click the file or folder, choose Compress or Create an archive.
4. A new compressed zip file is created.
