Customer Service Manager
CPS Gumpert is searching for a Customer Service Manager to maintain customer satisfaction by providing problem-solving resources and managing staff.Our ideal candidate accomplishes customer service/human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures. The candidate maximizes customer operational performance by providing help desk resources and technical advice; resolving problems; disseminating advisories, warnings, and new techniques.
• 7+ years customer service in a print production environment
• Knowledge of all phases of print production
• Managing Processes, Process Improvement, Developing Standards
• Decision Making
• Staffing, Planning, Tracking Budget Expenses, Analyzing Information
• MIS Experience
• Emphasizing Excellence
